Refund Policy

At Zovello Media, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the digital nature of our products and courses, refunds are subject to conditions below:

  1. Templates
    • Once you download or receive the template files, no refund will be issued (digital goods are non-returnable).
    • If there is a technical issue (file missing or corrupted), contact us — we’ll replace or repair it.
  2. Courses
    • Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided you have accessed only a limited portion (e.g., first module) and have not fully consumed the content.
    • Refund requests after 7 days or after you’ve accessed significant content will generally not be approved.
    • To request a refund, email us with proof of purchase and reason. We may ask for additional information.
  3. Denied Refunds
    • No refunds if you change your mind after substantial access.
    • No refunds if violation of policies or misuse of content.
  4. Processing
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks/payment services.
  5. Modifications
    • We reserve the right to update the refund policy anytime; changes apply to future purchases only.
